Community Clinic in Siloam Springs, AR seeks a Peer Support Specialist to mentor and advocate in long‑term recovery from substance use. You will share recovery experiences, build peer relationships, and support clients on a Full Time schedule, with some evenings and weekends for events.

You will connect clients to detox and treatment services, aid in goal setting and life skills, and participate in group facilitation and community activities within the integrated health care model.

Qualifications

• Ambulatory/family practice context knowledge.
• Independence and teamwork capability.
• Proficient communication for diverse populations.
• Familiarity with EMR and PM systems.

Responsabilités

• Connect peers to detox and treatment services as needed.
• Support goal setting, housing, SNAP, and family support.
• Facilitate recovery groups and relapse prevention activities.
• Promote life skills such as budgeting and coping.
• Engage in community outreach and MAT program activities.
• Attend staff meetings to review MAT needs and improvements.
