GAAMHA’s Alyssa’s Place PRSC is seeking a dedicated Recovery Coach to provide individualized peer support, develop personalized wellness plans, and connect members with community resources to support their recovery journey.

This full-time, on-site role in Gardner, MA requires CARC certification or progress toward it, a valid driver's license, and the ability to maintain confidential documentation while embracing multiple-pathways recovery.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CARC certification required or in progress.
• Recovery coaches in recovery must have at least two years of sustained recovery.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Ability to maintain confidential member information and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide peer support and mentorship to members.
• Develop personalized wellness plans and coordinate resources.
• Assist with center operations to maintain a safe, welcoming environment.
• Lead or facilitate groups and center activities as directed.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting.

Education
