Spaulding Rehabilitation Cape Cod is seeking a Rehab Aid for a full-time, 40-hour work week at our Cape Cod location. This on-site role provides direct patient care under licensed supervision, supports therapy sessions, and contributes to team meetings and daily operations to help patients regain independence.

The position requires good physical stamina, attention to detail, and strong communication and teamwork, with a clear pathway for career growth within the Spaulding Rehabilitation Network.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Experience as Rehab Aid 0-1 year preferred.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and patient care basics.

Responsabilités

• Prepares patients for treatment by therapist.
• Assists therapists during therapy.
• Attends and actively participates in team meetings.
• Transfers and transports patients in a safe and timely manner.
• Maintains equipment and working area in clean, orderly condition.
• Occasionally cover front desk scheduling appointments, checking in patients and answering phones
• Conduct monthly inventory
• Makes clinic materials as needed
• Reports directly to the Clinical Supervisor
