Job summary

Spaulding Rehabilitation Cape Cod seeks a Rehab Aid to support direct patient care under the supervision of a licensed therapist or therapy assistant. You will perform routine exercises, assist during therapy, and contribute to a team-based care approach in a Cape Cod setting.

This full-time position requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, 0–1 year rehab aide experience preferred, and strong communication and teamwork skills. Light lifting and mobility tasks are involved.

Responsibilities

• Prepares patients for treatment by therapist.

• Occasionally cover front desk scheduling appointments, checking in patients and answering phones.
• Reports directly to the Clinical Supervisor.

Responsible for performing routine exercises or follow-up of functional activities (direct patient care) under the direct supervision of a licensed therapist or therapy assistant.
