Mass General Brigham’s Spaulding Rehabilitation Cape Cod is seeking a Patient Care Assistant to join our evening team on Cape Cod. The role offers part- or full-time schedules with a $750 sign-on bonus and the chance to contribute to high-quality patient care in a hospital-level rehabilitation setting.

You will assist with activities of daily living, monitor vital signs, document in the EHR, and support RNs and physicians. The position emphasizes patient-centered teamwork and professional growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in patient care 0–1 year preferred.
• BLS, CMA, CNA preferred (licensure preferred).

Responsabilités

• Assist patients with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, eating).
• Record vital signs and participate in point-of-care tasks.
• Document measurements and care in the EHR.
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and room setup.
• Support RNs and physicians and communicate patient needs.
