Cash America Pawn in Lilburn, GA is seeking a Full-Time Retail Sales Associate to join our team. The role involves greeting customers, processing sales and loans, and maintaining a helpful, professional store environment.

Pay ranges from $14.00 to $17.00 per hour with the potential to earn up to 8% commission on transactions. Earned Wage Access and a strong benefits package are available to eligible employees, with 401(k), discounts, and tuition reimbursement among the perks.

Qualifications

• Must be willing and able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Flexible retail schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Bilingual applicants are encouraged to apply.
• Ability to work with firearms and become firearms certified.
• Minimum Age: 18 years old
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

• Greets and interacts with customers to develop a rapport and recommend solutions.
• Performs non-management open/close procedures.
• Keeps the sales floor clean and merchandised.
• Handles cash and transactions per policies.
• Answers incoming calls per company standards.
• Communicates legal aspects of pawn and buy transactions to customers.
• Collaborates with coworkers to provide positive customer experiences.
• Completes training and other duties as assigned.
