Job summary

Touchstone Medical Imaging Uptown in Denver, CO is hiring a full-time Patient Service Representative to join our outpatient imaging center. You will help schedule exams, assist with authorizations, handle check-in/out, answer phones, and support billing with patient data.

The ideal candidate has 1–4 years in a medical office, good customer service and computer skills, and the ability to multi-task in a busy setting while delivering compassionate patient care.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years experience in a medical office setting or hospital.
• Experience with authorizations and insurance verification preferred.
• Ability to handle heavy patient volume and maintain accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Schedule Patients for Diagnostic Exams and Procedures.
• Assist with Authorization and Verifications.
• Check patients in and out.
• Answer multiple phone lines.
• Provide accurate information to Billing Office.
• Verify insurance details.

Schedule: Weekdays 10:30am-7pm (Closing Shift)

Touchstone Imaging Uptown: 1007 E. Colfax Ave, Denver, CO, 80218

Touchstone of Uptown is currently seeking a full-time Patient Service Representative to work Monday-Friday from 10:30am to 7pm. If you're passionate about delivering exceptional patient care in a collaborative outpatient environment, we'd love to hear from you.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Schedule Patients for Diagnostic Exams and Procedures
• Assist with Authorization and Verifications
• Checking patients in and out
• Answering Multiple Phone Lines
• Provide Accurate and Complete Information to Billing Office
• Insurance Verification
• Ensure Accuracy of Patient Data Entered into System
• Process Requests and Filing of Patient Records

Requirements:
