Responsibilities

• Distributes and collects menus.
• Assists patients with menu selections per prescribed diet.
• Plans regular and modified menus based on diet manual.
• Prepares supplements and enteral formula as needed.
• Maintains confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• Performs documentation and logs as required.
