Job summary

Morrison Healthcare in Jackson, MS is hiring a full-time Patient Dining Associate (Dietary Aide) at Baptist Medical Center. You will assist patients with menu selections, assemble and deliver meals, and help ensure dietary needs are met on a timely basis.

This role requires customer service experience, the ability to lift up to 100 pounds, and a commitment to safety and HIPAA. Schedule includes two shifts (6:00–18:00 and 1:00–7:00 PM) with rotating weekends.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience required.

Responsibilities

• Help patients understand their menu selections and coordinate with nursing.
• Determine menu alternatives for allergies and preferences.
• Assemble meals according to each patient’s order and deliver trays.
• Follow HIPAA, HACCP, and safety policies.
• Maintain sanitation and proper meal timing.
• Complete daily, weekly, or monthly reports as outlined.
• Communicate problems or concerns to appropriate personnel promptly.
