Responsibilities

• Assist on units with menu selections and meal assembly.
• Ensure meals are accurate and delivered on time to patients.
• Manage tray tickets and coordinate with nursing and culinary teams.
• Follow HACCP guidelines and HIPAA policies, and comply with safety standards.
• Support dietitians and communicate patient needs to appropriate staff.
