Morrison Healthcare in Corpus Christi, TX is hiring immediately for a full-time Patient Dining Associate (Dietary Aide) at CHRISTUS Spohn South. The role involves assisting patients with menu choices, assembling and delivering meals, and supporting nutrition services with HIPAA and sanitation compliance.

Qualified candidates have prior food service experience. The position offers a fixed pay rate of $15.00 per hour and an included full-time schedule with rotating hours.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write and interpret documents in English.
• Basic computer and mathematical skills.
• Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds and maneuver delivery carts.

Responsibilities

• Help patients understand menu selections and coordinate with nursing on nutritional needs.
• Assemble meals according to patient orders and retrieve trays on schedule.
• Follow HACCP, sanitation, HIPAA, and safety policies.
• Assist dietitians with patients on special diets or calorie counts.
• Prepare reports and communicate issues to staff as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
