Morrison Healthcare, part of Compass Group, is hiring immediately for a part-time Patient Dining Associate (Dietary Aide) at CHRISTUS Trinity Mother Frances Hospital in Tyler, TX. The role supports patient meals, menu selections, and on-time delivery while ensuring safety and accuracy.

Schedule is 1:00 pm to 8:30 pm with days varying; candidates should have 1–3 years of patient dining experience. Pay ranges from $15.00 to $15.50 per hour, with benefits available for full-time and part-time team

Qualifications

• English literacy required; able to read, write and interpret documents.
• Basic computer and mathematical skills.
• Able to lift or move up to 100 pounds and push food delivery carts.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with menu selections and coordinate with nursing on nutritional needs.
• Collaborate with caregivers and culinary team on menu alternatives for allergies and preferences.
• Assemble meals and retrieve trays on schedule.
• Follow HIPAA, HACCP, and infection control policies.
• Support dietitians and monitor patients on restricted diets.
