Responsibilities

• Delivers assigned patient care and treatment as delegated by an RN or LPN.
• Performs or assists patients with activities of daily living (hygiene, bathing, ambulation, feeding, etc.).
• Responds to patient calls and ensures safety and comfort.
• Measures vital signs and assists with data entry into health records.
• Initiates or assists with emergency measures when needed.
• Sets up equipment and prepares patients and rooms for procedures and transfers.
