The Lash Lounge is the premier salon for Lash Extensions with over 100 locations in the United States. We offer a complete menu of services including Perming, Threading, and more. We are proud to create a warm and inviting atmosphere while focusing on the health and care of our guests’ natural lashes.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Front Desk Sales Associate for our salon. Your focus will be meeting monthly/weekly goals, providing excellent customer experience to all of our guests, and cultivating a positive work environment. You will be highly focused on membership sales, retail sales, and adding upgrade services. If you have a P.A.S.S.I.O.N for sales and providing outstanding customer service, we want you! We are looking for a person with a strong work ethic that shows up on time and has a good track record of outstanding attendance.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Increase membership sales and retail sales.
2. Meet weekly/monthly salon goals.
3. Professional phone etiquette.
4. Calling leads and providing service information.
5. Greet visitors and provide an excellent customer experience.
6. Book appointments in person or by phone.
7. Contribute to group operations, such as inventory maintenance.
8. Maintain a clean and inviting environment.
9. Be proficient and educated in working the POS software, sales transactions of clients for services and retail items, and manage the end of day cash drawer reconciliation.
10. Assist with promotional events at the salon or outside the salon to help market the salon and build the brand.
11. Assist the manager with daily tasks.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

1. 2+ years customer service or retail sales experience.
2. 1+ years front desk experience.
3. Strong attention to detail.
4. Strong computer and phone skills.
5. Required proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
6. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
7. Ability to work some weekends and evenings.
8. Strong customer service skills and the ability to work professionally with the public.
9. Experience with MindBody Software is a plus!

Position will start off at full time for a month and then will go to part time.

Full Time Schedule:
Wednesday through Friday - 12pm-8pm
Saturday - 8:30am-6pm
Sunday - 9:30am-6pm

Part Time Schedule:
Three days during the week 12pm-8pm
Every other weekend: Saturday - 8:30am-6pm, Sunday - 9:30am-6pm
