Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior buildings and grounds maintenance experience or related combo of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, vacuum floors, elevators, and stairwells.
• Wash windows and doors; maintain parking ramps equipment.
• Empty trash, curb litter, and clean up waste.
• Weed, water, and maintain flower beds and landscaping.
• Plow and de-ice snow; apply sand and salt.
• Assist with plumbing, lighting, and electrical repairs.
• Respond to building emergencies when needed.
• Maintain regular on-site attendance.
