Hope Learning Academy - Glen Carbon, IL is hiring a Full-Time Paraprofessional. The role supports students in a classroom setting, aligning with IEP goals, and promoting independence within the school day schedule.

Qualified candidates will have a High School Diploma or equivalent, an Illinois paraprofessional license (or be able to obtain), and a valid Illinois driver’s license. The position offers a comprehensive benefits package and a daytime schedule, Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 19 years old.
• High School Diploma or equivalent education required.
• Paraprofessional licensure for Illinois required or obtainable.
• Valid Illinois Driver's license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist students in classroom settings and track data.
• Support instruction aligned to IEP goals and objectives.
• Promote independence while following classroom schedules and programs.
• Maintain a safe, stimulating learning environment.
