Job summary

Sherwin-Williams is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to support multiple Kentucky stores. This full-time role focuses on helping customers, recommending products, and driving sales across locations in Southgate and area stores.

You will handle transactions, maintain displays, and stay informed on products while working with a team to meet weekly targets. A valid driver’s license and occasional evenings/weekends are required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Must be legally authorized to work without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver’s License.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs on occasion.
• Must be willing to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting products.
• Build trust with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and in line with policies.
• Follow and achieve sales goals monthly, quarterly, and yearly.
• Stock shelves and set up displays.
• Tint and mix products as needed to customer specs.
• Maintain in-stock and presentable conditions.
