Job summary

Lions Gate CCRC is seeking a compassionate LPN or RN for the overnight shift in Voorhees, NJ. You will provide resident-centered nursing care in our Skilled Nursing unit, administer medications, monitor conditions, and document care accurately.

This is a full-time position requiring NJ licensure, strong assessment and communication skills, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with the care team to ensure safe, high-quality overnight resident care.

Qualifications

• Current New Jersey LPN or RN license in good standing.
• Skilled Nursing, Long-Term Care, or senior living experience preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while functioning effectively as part of a team.
• Dependable attendance and a strong commitment to resident care.
• Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions in an overnight healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, resident-centered nursing care to residents in our Skilled Nursing department
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility policies
• Monitor residents and recognize changes in condition, responding appropriately and promptly
• Complete accurate and timely nursing documentation
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and members of the healthcare team
• Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges as needed
• Follow all infection control, safety, and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with CNAs and other nursing staff to ensure residents receive excellent care
• Respond to overnight resident needs and emergencies in a calm and professional manner
• Maintain a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for residents

Overnight Shift | Skilled Nursing

Lions Gate CCRC is seeking a compassionate and dependable LPN or RN to join our Skilled Nursing team for the overnight shift, 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM.

This is an excellent opportunity for a nursing professional who takes pride in providing quality care, supporting residents overnight, and working as part of a dedicated healthcare team.
