Complete Care Management is hiring licensed practical nurses (LPNs) to join our evening shift team. Provide compassionate, individualized care to residents and support a warm, patient-centered environment. We offer competitive pay up to $37/hour, with overnight, part-time and full-time opportunities.

Candidates must hold an NJ LPN license and be able to work evenings and weekends. Join a dedicated team focused on quality care and resident well-being, with opportunities for mentorship and career

Qualificações

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct patient care to seniors, assess, plan, and implement individualized care plans.
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians and other healthcare professionals.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care.
• Monitor and report patient status to nursing staff, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
• Participate in quality improvement activities to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and coworkers.
