Tower Lodge Care Center in Monmouth County, NJ is actively seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our supportive nursing team. You will provide nursing care within your scope and help implement individualized care plans for residents.

The role requires excellent clinical, organizational, and communication skills; NJ LPN license is required. Weekend shifts may be required, and we offer competitive hourly pay, full benefits, a sign-on bonus, and Baylor option.

Qualifications

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in New Jersey.
• Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Previous experience in Skilled Nursing Facility / Nursing home preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with facility policies and standards.
• Monitor, record, and report vital signs and changes in residents’ conditions.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care and medication administration.
• Perform clinical treatments including dressing changes, specimen collection, and other procedures within scope.
• Follow infection control protocols and safety guidelines.
• Respond promptly to resident needs and call lights.
• Attend required trainings, in-services, and staff meetings.

Job description

Tower Lodge is currently actively seeking Licensed Practical Nurse (LPNs) to join our dynamic and supportive nursing team.

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible for providing nursing care within their scope of practice, ensuring resident safety, and supporting the development and implementation of individualized care plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with facility policies and standards
• Monitor, record, and report vital signs and changes in residents’ conditions
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care and medication administration
• Perform clinical treatments including dressing changes, specimen collection, and other procedures within scope
• Follow infection control protocols and safety guidelines
• Respond promptly to resident needs and call lights
• Attend required trainings, in-services, and staff meetings

Compensation

• Hourly compensation starting at $32.00 with full benefits, up to $38.00 with no frills
• Weekend Differentials
• Sign on bonus
