Job summary

Tower Lodge Care Center in New Jersey is actively seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our skilled nursing team. The LPN will provide nursing care within their scope of practice, support care plan development, and ensure resident safety in a warm, resident-focused environment.

Responsibilities include monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and documenting care. Weekend shifts may be required; compensation includes benefits and opportunities for sign-on bonuses and Baylor

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in New Jersey.
• Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience in Skilled Nursing Facility or nursing home preferred.
• Occasional weekend shifts may be required.

Job description

Tower Lodge is currently actively seeking Licensed Practical Nurse (LPNs) to join our dynamic and supportive nursing team.

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible for providing nursing care within their scope of practice, ensuring resident safety, and supporting the development and implementation of individualized care plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with facility policies and standards
• Monitor, record, and report vital signs and changes in residents’ conditions
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care and medication administration
• Perform clinical treatments including dressing changes, specimen collection, and other procedures within scope
• Follow infection control protocols and safety guidelines
• Respond promptly to resident needs and call lights
• Attend required trainings, in-services, and staff meetings

Compensation

• Hourly compensation starting at $32.00 with full benefits, up to $38.00 with no frills
• Weekend Differentials
• Sign on bonus
• Baylor Option Available
