Job summary

Menards seeks an Outside Yard & Receiving Team Member to support the Customer Experience by maintaining a fast, friendly service culture in the Outside Yard. You will load/unload trucks, assist customers, and help move products to the sales floor to ensure smooth operations.

The position is full-time with opportunities for advancement. The team values on-the-job training, a promote-from-within culture, and plenty of perks including pay enhancements on weekends and store-wide discounts.
