Job summary

Menards is hiring an Outside Yard and Receiving Team Member in a full-time role in Jamestown, ND. You will assist customers, support Sales, and help load/unload trucks using motorized equipment to move product to the sales floor.

This position emphasizes a fast, friendly service culture with on-the-job training, promotion from within, flexible scheduling, and benefits including health and dental plans, store discounts, and potential profit sharing.

Qualifications

• Retail customer service experience preferred
• Ability to lift and move merchandise and operate pallet jouchers/equipment
• Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and support Sales Department
• Load/unload trucks and move product to the Sales Floor
• Maintain a clean, safe Outside Yard area and represent Menards in a friendly manner

Our Outside Yard & Receiving Team plays an important role in the Customer Experience by maintaining a fun, fast, and friendly service culture within our Outside Yard! These Team Members assist Customers, support Sales Departments, and load and unload trucks using motorized equipment while helping get incoming product to the Sales Floor!
