Job summary

Menards is hiring an Outside Yard and Receiving Team Member to join our expanding retail team in Minnesota. You will help customers, support the Sales Department, and load and unload trucks using motorized equipment while ensuring products reach the showroom floor efficiently.

This full-time role offers on-the-job training, opportunities for advancement, a strong promote-from-within culture, and benefits like store discounts and health plans. Weekend premium applies for Saturday/Sunday work.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and support Sales Departments, loading and unloading trucks with motorized equipment.
