Job summary

Menards is seeking an Outside Yard and Receiving Team Member in Dubuque, IA. This full-time role focuses on delivering a fast, friendly customer experience by supporting the Outside Yard and Receiving operations and moving goods to the Sales Floor.

As part of the team, you’ll assist customers, help load and unload trucks, and contribute to a smooth, efficient receiving process while enjoying benefits like a weekend premium, store discounts, and opportunities for career growth.

Responsibilities

• Outside Yard & Receiving Team Member will assist Customers and support Sales Departments.
• Handle loading/unloading trucks using motorized equipment to move incoming product to the Sales Floor.
