Job summary

Menards is seeking an Outside Yard and Receiving Team Member in Michigan. You will help maintain a fast, friendly service culture, assist customers, and support loading/unloading operations to move products to the sales floor.

This full-time role includes on-the-job training, advancement opportunities, and a promote-from-within culture, with added benefits like store discounts and other perks.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to lift and move merchandise as needed.
• Basic math and cash handling skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers on the Outside Yard & Receiving area.
• Load and unload trucks using motorized equipment.
• Support Sales Department and help get incoming product to the Sales Floor.
