Mount Carmel Senior Living Community is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist Assistant to join our outpatient rehabilitation team in Mount Carmel, PA. You will provide skilled PTA services under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, focusing on improving strength, mobility, and independence for our patients.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Active Pennsylvania PTA license with Indirect Supervision authorization.
• Outpatient rehabilitation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled physical therapy treatments under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed to improve strength, balance, mobility, and functional independence.
• Deliver quality outpatient rehabilitation services tailored to each patient's needs and goals.
• Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to the supervising Physical Therapist.
• Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic exercises, safety, and strategies to maintain functional independence.
• Collaborate with the rehabilitation team to ensure continuity of care and positive patient outcomes.
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation using Net Health.
• Maintain compliance with professional standards, facility policies, and applicable regulations.
