Job summary

Mount Carmel Senior Living Community in Mount Carmel, PA is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) with outpatient experience to join our rehabilitation team. This role supports residents by evaluating mobility, developing individualized treatment plans, and applying evidence-based therapy to improve function and quality of life in a resident-centered setting.

The position offers a part-time schedule with consistent PRN coverage and potential to transition to full-time.

Qualifications

• Current Pennsylvania PT license.
• BLS certification current.
• Outpatient physical therapy experience required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based therapy interventions to support rehabilitation goals.
• Monitor resident progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and the interdisciplinary care team.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with clinical and regulatory standards.
• Educate residents and families on therapeutic exercises and mobility strategies.

Schedule: Full Time 30 hours a week or Part-Time or Consistent PRN

Mount Carmel Senior Living Community is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) with outpatient experience to join our rehabilitation team. This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact by helping residents improve mobility, restore function, and enhance their quality of life in a supportive, resident-centered environment. We are currently offering a Part-Time and consistent PRN schedule, with the potential for a full-time position in the future.

What You'll Do

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans
• Provide evidence-based therapy interventions to support rehabilitation goals
• Monitor resident progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and the interdisciplinary care team
