Job summary

Hireology seeks a compassionate Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) to join our in-house rehab team and help residents improve independence and quality of life. You will plan and administer therapies under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist and ensure care aligns with physician orders.

Ideal candidates hold a Texas OTA license and COTA credential, with SNF or long-term care experience and proficiency in Net Health.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Texas Occupational Therapy Assistant license.
• COTA credential required.
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred.
• Knowledge of occupational therapy treatment practices.

Responsibilities

• Plan and administer occupational therapy treatments to residents.
• Provide services under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist.
• Respond to requests for service and relay information to the OT.
• Ensure treatments align with the plan of care and regulate documentation.
