Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy (BSOT) from an accredited program.
• Successful completion of National Certification Examination for O.T.R.
• Current state licensure or license eligible; active licensure preferred for practice.
• 0-3 years of long-term care experience preferred.

Responsibilities
