Job summary

Avante At Inverness, INC seeks a dedicated Occupational Therapist for full-time and part-time roles at our skilled nursing and rehabilitation center. You will oversee assessments, plan and implement therapy programs, and document progress under physician orders in a team-focused setting.

Requirements include a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy, NBCOT, and current state licensure or eligibility. 0–3 years in long-term care preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Successful completion of National Certification Examination for O.T.R.
• Current state licensure or license eligible.
• 0-3 years of long-term care experience.

Responsibilities

• Ability to assess residents in need of skilled occupational therapy intervention.
• Ability to interpret and communicate results of assessments.
• Ability to design and execute appropriate treatment plans.
• Ability to document daily care as per established guidelines.
