Job summary

Avante at Inverness Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist for full-time and part-time roles. The OT will assess residents, plan and implement therapy programs, document progress, and communicate with the care team under physician orders.

Candidates should have a BS in Occupational Therapy, be NBCOT-certified, and hold or be eligible for state licensure, with 0–3 years in long-term care preferred. Background screening is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Successful completion of National Certification Examination for O.T.R.
• Current state licensure or license eligible.
• 0-3 years of long-term care experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide and direct occupational therapy services to residents, including assessment, treatment, program planning and implementation, and related documentation.
• Document daily care per established guidelines.
• Collaborate with physicians and care teams to ensure compliant resident care.
