Job summary

PT Solutions Physical Therapy is hiring a full-time Physical Therapist in Westwood, NJ, to expand access to transformative care across orthopedic, sports medicine, pelvic health, and neurology rehab. You will perform comprehensive evaluations, design personalized treatment plans, and manage patient documentation within our EMR system.

We offer a six-week onboarding, mentorship, in-house residency-style programs, free continuing education, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Requires graduate from CAPTE-accredited physical therapy program.
• Current or pending state licensure.
• BL S certification.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage a full clinical caseload (10–12 patients/day).

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive evaluations and treatments for orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions.
• Design personalized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Efficiently manage patient documentation and workflow in the EMR system.

Compensation & Bonus Structure

• Base Salary: $90,000-$110,000/year (based on experience and market factors)
• Monthly Incentive Bonuses for exceeding daily visit thresholds
• Sign-On Bonus: Up to$10,000available in select locations!

Qualifications & Pay Range

Qualifications:
