Vital Solutions Physical Therapy, Inc. in Manchester Township, New Jersey, is seeking a dedicated Orthopedic Physical Therapist (PT) to join our outpatient team.

This full-time role emphasizes patient-centered rehabilitation, hands-on care, and collaboration with physicians and therapists to optimize recovery. The ideal candidate will hold a Doctorate or Master\u2019s in Physical Therapy, be licensed in New Jersey, and have at least two years of outpatient experience.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current, valid Physical Therapist license in New Jersey.
• At least two years of outpatient physical therapy experience.
• Exceptional clinical skills in orthopedic rehabilitation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
• Commitment to providing patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to develop personalized treatment plans.
• Provide hands-on treatment including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities.
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting plans as needed.
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and prevention.
• Collaborate with physicians, occupational therapists, and nurses for coordinated care.
• Maintain accurate medical records per regulatory standards.
• Stay current with advancements in physical therapy practices.
