Key Responsibilities

In your role as a Physical Therapist, you will:

• Maintain confidentiality of all patient, facility, and physician-related information, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Accurately manage patient billing information daily, in line with organizational procedures.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to share clinical findings, recommendations, and collaborate with other rehabilitive professionals.
• Review medical histories and conduct thorough screenings prior to patient evaluations, assessing the need for services and potential benefits from skilled therapy.
• Carry out detailed evaluations under physician orders, developing customized treatment plans that address each patient's individual goals and challenges.
• Implement treatment plans effectively through direct patient care, while also providing guidance and support to treatment staff and supervising physical therapy aides.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must possess:

• An active Florida State license as a Physical Therapist.
• A Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
