Diamond Willow Assisted Living in Detroit Lakes, MN is hiring Resident Assistants to provide compassionate daily care in a home-like setting. You’ll assist with bathing, dressing, meals, mobility, medications, and activities, always maintaining respect and dignity for residents.

Flexible full- and part-time schedules include evening shifts; no mandated overtime. Applicants must pass a DHS background check and be 18 or older; CNA certification allows exceptions for younger applicants.

• All applicants must be 18 years of age or older to be eligible for consideration. Exception: Individuals under the age of 18 may be considered only if they possess a valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license, in accordance with applicable regulations.
