Job summary

Diamond Willow Assisted Living is seeking Resident Assistants to provide compassionate, dignified care in a home-like setting. Responsibilities include toileting, bathing, dressing, feeding, mobility assistance, and medication administration to residents.

Flexible scheduling is available: full-time, part-time, and block shifts, with no mandated extra shifts. Ideal candidates are dependable, caring, and dedicated to enriching residents' lives daily.

Qualifications

• Must pass a DHS background study.
• 18 years of age or older; exception: individuals under 18 may be considered only if they possess a valid CNA license.
• Provide a supportive and dignified environment for aging population.

Responsibilities

• Toileting and bathing assistance.
• Dressing and grooming assistance.
• Feeding assistance.
• Mobility transfer and use of mechanical lifts.
• Medication administration and treatments.
• End of life care.
