VCA Terrell Animal Hospital in Lakeway, Texas is seeking a friendly Client Service Representative to join our busy five-doctor practice. You will be the first friendly face for clients and their pets.

Responsibilities include greeting clients, answering phones, scheduling appointments, advising on services, handling payments, and maintaining patient records in a welcoming, organized lobby environment.

VCA Terrell Animal Hospital is looking for a friendly, outgoing, dependable, and customer service-focused individual to join our team as a Client Service Representative (CSR). We are looking for a part time and full time CSR. We are a busy, growing five-doctor veterinary hospital located in beautiful Lakeway, Texas, just outside of Austin.

Hospitality, Concierge service or client service experience is preferred. We are happy to train the right person who has a great attitude, strong customer service skills, and a willingness to learn.

What You’ll Do

As a Client Service Representative, you are the first impression of our hospital and an essential part of our veterinary team.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting clients and their pets with a friendly smile and welcoming attitude
• Answering incoming phone calls professionally and compassionately
• Scheduling and confirming appointments
• Assisting clients with questions about hospital services, products, and general pet care
• Communicating clearly with clients, veterinarians, and veterinary technicians
• Explaining estimates, reviewing charges, and processing payments
• Making follow-up calls and helping clients stay on track with their pets' care
• Maintaining accurate patient records and client information
• Helping keep our lobby, reception area, and hospital clean and welcoming
• Supporting your teammates and helping wherever needed to keep the hospital running smoothly
