Job summary

Target Optical, part of EssilorLuxottica, is seeking an Associate Optometrist (OD) in Lafayette, LA. You will provide high-quality eye and vision care, diagnose and manage diseases, and work with a store/practice team to deliver exceptional patient experiences.

As a licensed Optometrist, you will lead in collaboration with Field Leadership, ensure adherence to clinical protocols, and help grow the brand locally while maintaining quality standards and excellent patient care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited School or College of Optometry.
• Licensed to practice Optometry in the state of practice location.
• DPA and TPA certified.
• Knowledge of current Optometric technology and practices.
• Strong communication skills – verbal & listening.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality optometric care and services to your patients.
• Establish a positive Doctor/Patient relationship.
• Conduct all services in accordance with clinical protocols and accepted standards of care.
• Ensure all patients receive accurate diagnosis and appropriate recommendations.
• Utilize available technology to deliver excellent patient experiences.
