Target Optical, part of EssilorLuxottica, seeks an Associate Optometrist in Monroe, LA to deliver high-quality eye and vision care. The OD will diagnose, treat and manage conditions, building strong Doctor/Patient relationships while using advanced optometric technology.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited School or College of Optometry.
• Licensed to practice Optometry in the State of practice location.
• DPA and TPA certified.
• Knowledge of current Optometric technology and practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality optometric care and services to patients.
• Establish a positive Doctor/Patient relationship.
• Conduct services in accordance with clinical protocols and standards of care.
• Ensure accurate diagnosis and appropriate recommendations.
• Leverage technology to deliver exceptional patient experiences.
• Collaborate with store/practice team and leadership to foster growth and a safe work environment.
• Maintain office quality systems and KPI performance.
• Provide training and guidance to team members.
• Aim to exceed KPI and brand leadership expectations.
