Target Optical, part of EssilorLuxottica, seeks an Associate Optometrist to deliver high-quality eye care and diagnose, treat, and manage conditions of the visual system. You will lead in collaboration with the store team to ensure excellent patient experiences and brand growth.

Requirements include an accredited optometry degree, state licensure, DPA/TPA certification, and strong communication skills to guide patients and staff alike.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited School or College of Optometry.
• Licensed to practice Optometry in the state of practice location.
• DPA and TPA certified.
• Knowledge of current Optometric technology and practices.
• Strong communication skills – verbal & listening.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality optometric care and services to patients.
• Establish a positive Doctor/Patient relationship.
• Conduct services in accordance with clinical protocols and standards of care.
• Ensure accurate diagnosis and appropriate recommendations.
• Utilize technology to deliver excellent patient experiences.
