Job summary

Veracity Ventures Inc. seeks a Licensed Psychologist to provide mental health services in an Appleton, Minnesota facility. The role focuses on screening, assessment, treatment planning, counseling, crisis intervention, and coordination with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in psychology and MN licensure required.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience; at least 1 year in a psychologist role.
• Experience with psychological assessments and counseling.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychological screenings and assessments via interviews and records review.
• Develop and modify individualized treatment plans.
• Provide counseling and mental health interventions to inmates.
• Perform rounds in segregation and other housing areas.
• Provide crisis intervention and de-escalation support.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurses, social workers and other staff.
• Consult with medical, nursing, educational, chaplain and security staff.
• Provide after-hours clinical guidance during incidents.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation per standards.
