MindCare Solutions, a clinician-owned leader in mental health care, is seeking a Clinical Psychologist to provide services in a corrections facility. You will deliver psychotherapy, assessments, and evidence-based interventions to incarcerated individuals, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure ethical and legal standards.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in psychology from an accredited program.
• Active AZ psychology license on file.
• 1+ years of correctional work preferred.
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and situational awareness.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychotherapy and psychological assessments.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team for rehab.
• Monitor psychotropic medications and report side effects.
• Refer patients to psychiatrists for medication management.
• Train staff on suicide risk factors and prevention.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reports.
