Job summary

Premier Community Supports, LLC is seeking a Social Media Coordinator to craft engaging content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, and more.

You will work with the Marketing Director to grow brand awareness, support recruitment efforts, and connect communities through visuals and copy that reflect our mission. This full-time, on-site role operates Monday–Friday with some scheduling flexibility based on business needs.

Qualifications

• Creative storyteller with strong writing, communication, and visual design skills.
• Experience creating content for multiple social media platforms.
• Proficiency with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design software.
• Basic photography, videography, and video editing skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, collaborative, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to maintain professionalism, sound judgment, and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Create, edit, and publish engaging content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, and other digital platforms.
• Capture and edit short-form videos, photography, graphics, and written content that reflects our mission and brand.
• Plan and maintain a social media content calendar supporting recruitment, events, campaigns, and community engagement.
• Design digital and print marketing materials, including social graphics, flyers, brochures, presentations, and promotional pieces.
• Monitor social media performance and recommend content improvements based on engagement and analytics.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Director and internal teams to execute marketing campaigns, organizational initiatives, and special projects.
• Capture photos and videos at events, programs, and community activities.
• Maintain brand standards and organize digital assets, templates, and marketing resources.
• Candidates with Spanish proficiency may be asked to translate marketing and communication materials, as needed.
• Perform additional duties, projects, and organizational tasks assigned to support Premier Community Supports' operations and mission.
