Job summary

Premier Community Supports LLC, based in Medford, OR, is seeking a Social Media Coordinator to craft engaging content across social, digital, and print channels. You will collaborate with the Marketing Director to grow brand awareness, support recruitment, and connect communities through visual and written storytelling.

The role is part-time, 24–40 hours weekly, on-site, with potential growth to full-time. Requires 1–3 years in marketing or social media and proficiency in Canva/Adobe Creative

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Digital Media, Business, or related field.
• 1–3 years of marketing, communications, or social media experience.
• Experience managing social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
• Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite).
• Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite; content creation, copywriting, design, photography, video editing.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record; reliable transportation; ability to travel up to 25%.
• On-site, part-time with potential to transition to full-time; 24–40 hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Create, edit, and publish content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts.
• Capture and edit short-form media—photos, videos, graphics—and written content.
• Plan and maintain a social media content calendar supporting events and campaigns.
• Design digital and print marketing materials—graphics, flyers, brochures, presentations.
• Monitor performance and suggest improvements based on engagement analytics.
• Collaborate with Marketing Director to execute campaigns and initiatives.
• Capture media at events and community activities; maintain brand assets and templates.
• Help translate marketing materials as needed (Spanish preferred but not required).
