Job summary

TheraPeds Partners is seeking a full-time, on-site Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a school-based position in Central Falls, RI. This role focuses on direct therapy, assessments, IEP development, and collaborative planning with educators and families.

The ideal candidate has a Master’s or PhD in SLP, licensure, and ASHA CCC; school experience is preferred. Benefits include health, dental, vision, and 401K, with guaranteed hours and W-2 or 1099 options.

Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in Speech-Language Pathology and state licensure.
• National ASHA license and state Department of Education licensure where required.
• Experience working with children, preferably in a school setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to collaborate with staff and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct therapy and develop IEPs.
• Conduct assessments and evaluate progress.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including therapists, educators, and parents.
• Manage documentation and scheduling to maintain caseload.
