Job summary

TheraPeds Partners is seeking a full-time, on-site Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a school-based position in Watertown, CT. This role supports PreK-12 students and requires collaboration with teachers, therapists and parents.

Responsibilities include direct therapy, classroom consultation, evaluations, and developing IEPs; you will monitor progress and participate in interdisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• State licensure as an SLP and DoE licensure required.
• Connecticut 061 certificate and ASHA CCC preferred.
• Experience in school settings and with children preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct therapy to PreK-12 students.
• Conduct assessments and develop IEP plans.
• Evaluate progress and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
• Coordinate with teachers, therapists, and parents for student success.
