Job summary

The role is full-time, on-site at a campus, with relocation support. Ideal candidates have 3+ years working with children, K-3 reading instruction experience, and structured-literacy

Qualifications

• Willing to relocate to a campus listed above and on-site work.
• 3+ years working directly with children ages 4-9 in related settings.
• At least 2 years teaching reading in grades K-3 (within last 5 years).
• Structured-literacy training: LETRS, IMSE, OG, Wilson, Fundations, UFLI, CERI, Neuhaus, SIPPS, or similar; or a master’s in reading/literacy.
• Bachelor’s degree in any subject; teaching certificate not required.

Responsibilities

• Get every K-3 student to daily learning goals and close reading gaps.
• Coaching 2–4 students through app-based core learning; diagnose gaps and implement short sequences.
• Lead morning launch, life-skills workshops, and ongoing check-chart activities.
• Drive weekly app goals using school currency, leaderboards, and gamification.
• Stay with students through lunch, recess, and closing with a plan for the next steps.
