Effective communication with all levels of the organization is essential.

Responsibilities

Respond to inquiries from patients, physicians, employees, and other callers regarding appointments, referrals, provider messages, and services.
Schedule appointments for NYU FGP specialties using physician protocols.
Research providers and practices across the NYULH network to meet patient needs.
Document dispositions and maintain patient information with sensitivity and accuracy.
Enter information, verify insurance, and perform scheduling tasks using NYU FGP systems and tools.
Maintain courtesy, empathy, and professionalism in all interactions and meet call metrics.
