RIVERSIDE in Eau Claire, WI is seeking an IT Specialist to provide support, maintenance and improvements to the organization’s IT infrastructure. The role includes helpdesk duties and collaboration with the Systems Administrator under the IT Manager’s direction.

The ideal candidate will have an Associate or Bachelor's degree in IT or two years of IT experience, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose hardware and software issues.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in IT or two years of IT experience required.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
• Strong problem-solving and technical aptitude for IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Provide support, maintenance, troubleshooting and improvements to the organization’s IT infrastructure.
• Serve as primary helpdesk escalation point and support Systems Administrator as directed by IT Manager.
• Maintain Windows OS, security tools, servers, and network components.
• Assist with security standards like CMMC and NIST across the company infrastructure.
• Support production systems and shop floor IT assets and systems.
• Maintain documentation and participate in on-call rotations as needed.
